All postal orders are fulfilled and dispatched within 2-7 business days of order placement for both Regular Post and Express Post.
If you need your plants by a specific date, please contact us before ordering. Please note, we cannot take responsibility for courier delays once your order leaves our warehouse.
We cannot ship live plants, soil, living matter & wooden products to NT, WA & TAS, due to quarantine restrictions. If you have ordered a succulent gift box for delivery to these areas, the succulent will be an artificial succulent.

With double-sided branding, you can feature the same design on both sides or choose different artwork for the front and back. Optional personalised message cards are also available.
After you place your order, we’ll contact you with simple instructions for uploading your logo or artwork. All our living plant gifts are beautifully packaged and include a plant care guide.
